The Clip Sweeper app

Clip Sweeper analyzes project files and media locally on your Mac. The app does not upload your projects, media, file paths, usage data, or license key. Direct license validation happens offline on your device.

Direct website purchases

When you buy directly, we receive the name and email address needed to create and deliver your license. Stripe processes the payment and stores the payment record. Clip Sweeper does not receive or store your full card number. Resend processes the transactional email that contains your license and download link.

License recovery

The recovery form uses the email you submit to look for an eligible direct purchase in Stripe. The result is not shown on the website. If a purchase matches, the license is sent to the purchase email.

Website files

The project-analysis demo runs in your browser. A project file dropped into that demo is not uploaded. Netlify hosts this website and may process standard request information, such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps, for delivery, security, and operational logs.

Local app data

The app stores its settings, audit history, and working data locally so its features work. You can remove that local data by deleting the app's data in your Library/Application Support folder.
